Who Am I

Former Vice President of Marketing at Pickle Barrel Restaurant Group for 8 years, I now run Sweet Sauce, an award-winning agency helping hospitality brands design experiences and business models built for scale, story, and success.

Apart from food, I love playing basketball, weight lifting, playing piano, listening and studying jazz, hip-hop, soul and blues music, martial arts, running, learning about psychology, physics, and just generally staying curious about what it means to be a mind inside a body, in a world we didn’t choose, trying to make sense of it all.

I currently live in Toronto, Canada.
