Who Am I
Former Vice President of Marketing at Pickle Barrel Restaurant Group for 8 years, I left to start my own restaurant brand, SweetChops with one of my best friends.
Food is my passion. Our goal in creating SweetChops is to shift the standard American diet and have a measurable impact on human health, animal well being and our environment. We eventually hope to feed 1% of all meals consumed outside of the home without killing a single animal.
Apart from food, I love playing basketball, weight lifting, playing piano, listening and studying jazz, hip-hop, soul and blues music, martial arts, running, learning about psychology, physics, and just generally being curious about all the cool stuff there is to discover as a human mind.
I currently live in Toronto, Canada.
